Shehila Carter, often known as Shy, embarked on a transformative journey from Colorado to Maine as part of an expansion team, a decision she regards as the pinnacle of her life’s choices. Hailing from a heritage rooted in Costa Rica, Shehila’s path has been marked by academic excellence, graduating as Salutatorian and assuming leadership roles as the captain of basketball, volleyball, and track teams. Her educational odyssey continued at CU Boulder, where she honed her skills in Multicultural Leadership and Forensic Psychology, all while maintaining her dedication to basketball. With a steadfast commitment to familial welfare, Shehila aspires to carve a career path as a private investigator, channeling her expertise to ensure both financial stability and emotional well-being for her loved ones in Costa Rica. As the youngest member of her family, raised under the nurturing guidance of a single mother and two supportive older brothers, Shehila’s ambitions are fueled by a profound sense of duty to provide unwavering support to those who have shaped her journey.

Quentin Analco brings a wealth of experience from his time in Juvenile Corrections in Kansas, where he developed strong leadership skills and adeptness in navigating structured work environments. Currently, he is dedicated to expanding his musical talents by self-teaching bass guitar, while also finding enjoyment in PC video games during his downtime. His professional journey has equipped him with invaluable abilities in time management, goal setting, and the art of influencing and inspiring others.

Ren is the eldest sibling in a family of two brothers and two sisters. Formerly immersed in programming, he embarked on a journey seeking personal and professional growth, feeling constrained by the limitations of his previous role. Venturing beyond his comfort zone, Ren dedicated two years to volunteering with a non-profit organization, aiding Ukrainian refugees. Through this noble endeavor, he acquired fluency in both Russian and Ukrainian. Driven by a passion for fostering growth and empowerment, Ren transitioned his focus towards management, aspiring to mentor and uplift others. With a vision to cultivate skills and nurture individual aspirations, he founded Uspih Enterprises as a platform for giving back to the community and facilitating personal and professional development. Outside of his professional pursuits, Ren finds solace and joy in nature, often spending cherished moments with his wife, Ruslana. Their shared love for the outdoors enriches their leisure time, providing moments of tranquility and connection. Ren’s journey epitomizes a commitment to continuous learning, service to others, and a steadfast dedication to personal and collective advancement.
